Tampa

The place everyone loves to call home.

Welcome to Tampa Bay

The Tampa Bay region became a part of the U.S. in 1845. Since then, the area has steadily grown into the residential and commercial success we know it to be today. It has evolved into a multicultural business center and a luxurious and sustainable community for residents to live in. The weather is ideal most of the year, with summers hot and long and winters short, cool, and windy.

Another major attraction is architecture and fine art. Namely, artist Lynn Ash's painting "The Story of Tampa." It was commissioned to her with hopes of bringing to life the City's vision for an artistic representation of Tampa's identity and traits.

Tampa Bay has a great mix of architectural styles such as Ranch, Mediterranean, Contemporary, Modern, and more. And what sets it apart from neighboring communities is its amazing restaurants, gorgeous views, and active lifestyles.

Local Lifestyle

The local lifestyle in Tampa is a combination of bustling activities and events, thriving commercial businesses, and easy living. The community is rich in conveniences and amenities that make your life much easier. Not only do residents benefit from nationally-ranked healthcare, but they also have the unique opportunity to explore the region's prominent metropolitan area or kick back and relax on the beach. Every day brings new opportunities to every resident.

Dining, Entertainment, & Shopping

Tampa is known for upscale shopping, fine dining, and incredible entertainment. Locals do a large portion of their shopping at the Oxford Exchange, where you'll find the perfect mixture of European-inspired atmospheres, from restaurants and coffee shops to a bookstore and boutiques.

For dining, however, everyone is at Bern's Steakhouse, Columbia Restaurant, or Bella's Italian Cafe. Bern's Steakhouse has been in the community since 1956, unique in its flocked wallpaper and featuring the most exclusive dry-aged steaks and wine.  Then there's Columbia Restaurant. Locals gather here when the occasion calls for the finest Spanish-Cuban cuisine. On the other hand, Bella's is known for delectable Italian cuisine and customized pasta combos.

Things to Do

When the occasion calls for a night out, historical enrichment, or a breezy walk along the shorelines, there's a broad range of adventures to partake in. However, some of the most popular staples in the community are Sparkman's Wharf, Amalie Arena, Riverwalk, Midtown, Raymond James Stadium, Channel District, and Bayshore Boulevard.

Sparkman's Wharf is a modern and posh area full of hip eateries, retail, street-food stands, and a luxurious beer garden. Midtown Tampa offers unique shopping experiences and beautiful arrangements of commercial buildings and landscapes. Channel District keeps locals busy with the Florida Aquarium, the American Victory Ship, sports bars, distinguished restaurants, and more.

Tampa's Riverwalk is a more than two-mile pedestrian trail lining the shores of the Hillsborough River that many locals either walk, bike, or job along. Another great attraction along the Hillsborough River is Bayshore Boulevard, where the longest sidewalk in the U.S. is located, and exclusive views of the Tampa skyline can be seen.

Residents are either at the Amalie Arena or Raymond James Stadium for live sports. Amalie Arena is where locals flock for concerts, pro hockey, and indoor football games. The Raymond James Stadium features a pirate ship with working cannons and live games with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
