Clearwater Beach

Where everything you need is within walking or biking distance.

Welcome to Clearwater Beach

Clearwater Beach was named after its abundance of fresh springs. It is a well-loved and celebrated community by many for its rich history and popular architecture, some of which include Victorian, Ranch, Coastal Contemporary, Spanish Colonial, and Meditteranean Revival styles. These beautiful designs can be seen in well-known residential and commercial buildings like the Tampa Theatre and the Henry B. Plant Museum.

Best of all, however, is that the wonderful features of Clearwater Beach are just walking or biking distance from every residence in the community. And the weather is permitting year-round fun and activities.

Dining, Entertainment, & Shopping

There's a lot to experience living in Clearwater, and nothing compares to the experience of these four locations: the Bait House, Frenchys, The Palm Pavilion, and Clear Sky.

The Bait House is a fish shack and tack shop located on the dockside, where locals meet up for the most delectable and fresh local seafood dishes in the area. However, Frenchy's Saltwater Cafe is famous for its colorful decor and Grouper sandwich. And the Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill & Bar offers locals a relaxed and cozy atmosphere along the beach, offering delicious seafood and an incredible deck and gulf view. When you're ready for live entertainment, great seafood, and unique cocktails and beer, the best restaurant to be in is Clear Sky Cafe. It is near the beach, and the atmosphere is lively and exciting.

Things to Do

People flock to Clearwater Beach for a reason: there's always a range of great things to do in the area. Living here, however, is beyond anyone's imagination because the shores are lined with entertainment fit for just about anyone you can imagine. The most talked about are the following, however: Beach, Pier 60, Clearwater Offshore Nationals, and Sugar Sand Festival.

First and foremost, the beach in Clearwater is a highlight in itself. It's arguably the best beach in the world, with soft white sand and vast room for family fun and get-togethers on the shore. Along the expansive waterfront, the Clearwater Offshore Nationals are held in September, hosting a range of water races and activities to keep guests busy.

Pier 60 is well-known and loved for its recreational park, 1080-foot-long fishing pier, bait house, telescopes, and more. It also has several pavilions to host during yearly events and celebrations. It's also at Pier 60 that the Sugar Sand Festival is held. The event is full of experiences like signature sand sculpting by local artists, live music from local musicians, and fireworks to top the night off.
